At the heart of the VX5 is a powerful 11-amp motor that drives through tough materials. The VX5 is ideal for porcelain, ceramic, natural stone, concrete and masonry. A single piece aluminum blade guard accommodates up to 5” diameter blades as well as contour cutting blades for radius cutting. These characteristics make the VX5 perfect for tile professionals or stone countertop fabricators. For dust control, the VX5 has an integrated vacuum port for dry cutting as well as water line attachments for wet cutting.  Users can switch effortlessly between dry and wet cutting with the VX5. The VX5 may also be configured as a rail saw by adding the saw carriage and rail system accessories. This option is great for large format tile applications and as well as cutting slab materials.
