Raffle Terms and Conditions

The Tool Locker Raffle Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The raffle is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of The Tool Locker, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
2. Raffle Period: The raffle begins on 8/8/2023 and ends on 8/31/2023. All entries must be received by 8/31/2023 at 11:59 PM CST.
3. How to Enter: To enter the raffle, individuals must subscribe to The Tool Locker newsletter on the thetoollocker.com website during the raffle period. Registration requires providing accurate and complete information. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. Prize: The prizes for the raffle are three prebuilt Klein Tools Product Kits valued at $100, $50 and $25. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
5. Winner Selection: The three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the raffle period. The drawing will take place on 9/1/2023 and the winner will be notified via email within 5 days following the drawing. If any of the winners does not respond within 5 days of the initial notification, another winner will be selected.
6. Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winners must provide their full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number within 5 days of receiving the notification. Failure to provide the required information within the specified time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. Publicity Release: By participating in the raffle, the winners grant The Tool Locker the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. Privacy: Any personal information provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting the winner. Participants' personal information will not be shared with any third parties unless otherwise stated by law.
9. General Conditions: The Tool Locker reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the raffle in the event of any unauthorized intervention, technical malfunctions, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the company that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the raffle.
10. Limitation of Liability: By participating in the raffle, participants agree to release and hold harmless The Tool Locker, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the raffle or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize awarded.
11. Governing Law: The raffle and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
12. Sponsor: The raffle is sponsored by The Tool Locker.
